Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for a hands-on Apartment Service Manager to lead the maintenance team at an apartment community. This role includes overseeing unit turns, training staff, managing work orders and vendors, and supporting property operations.

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Train and supervise the maintenance team
Manage make-ready board and unit turns
Use Yardi, OneSite, or similar software for work orders and P.O.s
Coordinate vendors and track maintenance budgets
Ensure property safety, curb appeal, and timely repairs
Report directly to the Property Manager

Qualification

EPA certificationHVAC certificationYardi/OneSite proficiencyApartment maintenance supervisionMultitaskingLeadership

Required

1 year of apartment maintenance supervision experience
EPA and HVAC certification required
Skilled in Yardi/OneSite, leadership, and multitasking
Able to perform physical maintenance duties as needed
Must be able to successfully pass a background check

Preferred

CPO or CAMT certification
