Strong understanding of the Manhattan real estate market and luxury property trends
Ability to develop tailored marketing strategies and promote properties effectively
Exceptional customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
Proficiency in using real estate software, digital tools, and marketing platforms
Valid New York real estate license
Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for real estate
