Own complex, dynamic calendars and proactively manage shifting priorities
Schedule, prepare, and coordinate high-stakes meetings and executive sessions
Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics end-to-end
Track, submit, and reconcile expenses with accuracy and urgency
Anticipate needs, act as a gatekeeper, and keep executives organized and ahead of deadlines
