The role involves facilitating federal change requests and ensuring the delivery of quality software solutions to clients while managing expectations and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and drive all Federal change request

Provide clear guidance to requestors on documentation and requirements

Coordinate, organize, and transcribe submitted change requests into Federal Change control ITSM tool: SDLC

Guide client on change review before and during change control board meetings

Coordinate Vendor Partner Change Control Board (VPCCB) voting

Assist in Change control continual process improvement

Organize and tracking documentation as change requests move through the approval process

Assist with weekly communication on change requests to varying levels of leadership

Schedule and attend change control meetings as needed

Able to work well solo and in a team member setting

Prioritize work appropriately

Create and manage project plans for integrated master schedules (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs)

Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan

Drive implementation by providing vision and direction

Required

3 to 5+ years of experience

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Experience in facilitating and driving Federal change requests

Ability to provide clear guidance to requestors on documentation and requirements

Experience coordinating, organizing, and transcribing submitted change requests into Federal Change control ITSM tool: SDLC

Ability to guide clients on change review before and during change control board meetings

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
