CNUP Assistant

Responsibilities
Performs various administrative and student services duties in support of a school
Facilitates human resources recruiting support for faculty, staff, and students; student registration; coordination of teaching schedules; and other related faculty and student services
The CNUP Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for the center’s undergraduate and graduate training programs
This will include managing student records, preparing for the annual evaluation, scheduling and announcing meetings, maintaining the CNUP website, purchasing, and assisting with recruiting
They will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating the summer undergraduate research program, the outreach program and annual regional Brain Bee, and acting as back-up to other administrative staff
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree
5 years of experience
Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education and/or experience requirement
Must be able to walk about campus to make deliveries
Must be able to lift and carry files possibly up to 25 pounds
