Responsibilities
Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules
Install conduit and wiring for power distribution, lighting, and machine or equipment controls
Build or modify control panels
Installing communication wiring
Understanding, installing, troubleshooting of PLC ladder logic and HMI’s
Maintaining and troubleshooting Industrial manufacturing equipment to include electrical and mechanical issues
Maintaining and troubleshooting of electrical starters, motors, relays, transformers, electronic controls, HVAC, generators, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems
Maintaining high voltage equipment
Qualification
Required
Completed a State Indentured Industrial Electrician apprenticeship – Journeyman status
Strong electrical and mechanical abilities
Mechanically inclined and have good problem solving capabilities
Understanding of PC's, PLC's, and HMI's
Mount and dismount fork trucks, scissor lifts, and boom lifts
Ability to work independently and in a team environment when required
Work with voltages up to 600v
