W3Global is a prominent California law firm seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Attorney to join its expanding defense practice. The role involves managing the full defense of workers' compensation cases, handling litigation phases, and collaborating with clients to develop case strategies.

Responsibilities
Manage the full defense of workers' compensation cases from inception through resolution
Handle all phases of discovery and litigation, including depositions, hearings, and trials
Collaborate with clients, including insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators
Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and briefs
Develop case strategies and provide timely updates to clients
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in proceedings before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor (JD)
Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California
Workers compensation defense experience
Strong legal research, analytical, and negotiation skills
Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
Demonstrated commitment to proactive case management and client advocacy
