The role involves completing work orders efficiently while adhering to availability requirements and maintaining customer communication regarding service timelines.

Responsibilities
Providing service to multiple customers each day
Completing work orders same day or next business day depending on assignment
Following up with customers within a designated time frame regarding work order completion
Providing own tools and car for work assignments
Qualification
Required
Must complete Dell Certified Technician certifications prior to being assigned work orders
Availability to complete work orders same day (Advanced) or next business day (Basic)
Typical work availability requirement is 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday
Ability to handle 'out of hours' work assignments on occasion
Ability to follow-up with customers within a designated time frame
Provide own tools as a technician
Provide own car
Pass a strict drug and background check as required by customers
Obtain a Covid-19 vaccine or provide proof of exemption or deferral based on a valid religious or medical reason
