Account Manager (Inside Sales) Destin

As an Inside Sales Professional (Account Manager), you'll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with trade professionals, driving success for both your clients and yourself.

Responsibilities
Prospect for New Members: Conduct proactive outbound calls daily to identify, connect with, and engage trade professionals—including builders, remodelers, and designers—who could benefit from partnering with ProSource
Develop Your Territory: Strategically grow a book of loyal members within your region and nurture those relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up
Strengthen Existing Relationships: Stay actively involved with your current members' projects, offering personalized support and guidance that builds trust and repeat business
Consult and Advise: Learn about each member's goals and challenges, then recommend tailored solutions that add value to their business
Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide top-notch support in every interaction—by phone, email, and in-person
Stay Informed: Participate in training, vendor events, and product education to keep your expertise sharp and relevant
Keep Records Current: Maintain accurate member and prospect information in our CRM system to ensure smooth follow-up and service
Achieve and Exceed Goals: Bring drive, enthusiasm, and a competitive spirit to meeting and surpassing your sales objectives
Collaborate With Your Team: Partner with the showroom team to ensure every client receives a seamless and exceptional experience
Qualification
Required
A High School Diploma or GED (college degree a plus)
A natural ability to start conversations and build rapport, especially over the phone
A sales mindset—you're motivated by growth, goals, and seeing results from your outreach efforts
Strong customer service and communication skills—you know how to listen, problem-solve, and present solutions clearly
Tech-savvy confidence with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital tools
Preferred
Experience in wholesale, trade sales, flooring, or kitchen & bath is helpful but not required
