Responsibilities
Becoming familiarized with the company's vision and mission
Setting and accomplishing revenue and other growth related goals and objectives
Identifying potential new clients and new opportunities through market research
Identify potential strategic partners
Cultivate strong relationships with new clients and existing clients
Maintain client information in the CRM database
Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies
Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform or update marketing strategies
Assist with drafting proposals, sales presentations, reference material, and other collateral as required
Manage multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines
Schedule and attend meetings with prospective customers, including assisting with and conducting webinars and seminars
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher
Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to attain one
5+ years of relevant work experience in business development, sales, or similar field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrable experience leading winning proposal efforts
Ability to work effectively under pressure while handling multiple tasks
Strong organization and task management skills
Demonstrated networking ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools
