Senior Sales Representative - Bilingual (English/Spanish)
NetLaw is a tech-enabled estate planning platform serving wealth management firms. They are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) senior-level sales professional to build relationships with insurance agents and financial professionals who serve Spanish-speaking families.

Responsibilities
Build relationships with insurance agents and financial professionals who serve Spanish-speaking families
Present NetLaw Legacy to agents at field marketing organizations, direct sales agencies, and independent brokerages
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions in English and Spanish
Develop referral networks within Hispanic and Latino insurance and financial services communities
Collaborate with executive leadership on Spanish-market growth strategy
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Qualification
Required
Native or near-native Spanish fluency (written and verbal)
Proven sales track record in insurance, financial services, or related fields
Strong presentation skills with ability to train and motivate agents
Self-motivated with excellent follow-up and closing discipline
Comfortable working remotely using digital sales tools
High ethical standards
Preferred
Experience working at or selling to field marketing organizations or direct sales insurance agencies
Existing relationships with agents serving Hispanic/Latino communities
Understanding of how network marketing insurance models operate
Background in estate planning, life insurance, or wealth-adjacent products
