They are seeking a skilled Senior Residential HVAC Technician to troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems

Provide exceptional customer service

Participate in comprehensive training opportunities provided by the in-house Learning & Development team

Qualification

Residential HVAC experienceEPA CertificationCustomer service skillsCommunication skillsWork ethic

Required

At least 5 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC experience

EPA Certification

Valid driver's license & clean driving record

Must pass background and drug screening

A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills

Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects on a regular basis

Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary

All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks, and must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
