The Cabin Connectivity Test Engineer will be responsible for testing and analyzing Wi-Fi and cellular-based network infrastructure, programming test tools and scripts, and collaborating with cabin test teams to enhance cabin systems safety and reliability.

Responsibilities
Ensuring the safety and reliability of cabin systems on AIRBUS aircraft
Increasing customer satisfaction
Creating added value for airlines
Testing and analysis of Wi-Fi and cellular-based network infrastructure
Programming of test tools and scripts using Python, NodeJS, and C languages, e.g. for test automation or data analysis
Analyzing Linux-based network challenges to develop new test solutions
Close collaboration with cabin test teams and the design office
Active participation in Airbus innovation projects
Qualification
Required
University degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, computer science, or equivalent, preferably with a master's degree
Experience in IP-based system architecture and networks
Experience in cloud computing
Experience in Software/System testing
Experience in satellite communications is a plus
Basics in project (waterfall and agile) and quality management
Willingness to travel and fluent communication skills in German and English
