Responsibilities
Perform quality vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Specialize in transmission and EV system repairs (preferred)
Accurately complete repair orders with efficiency and attention to detail
Test components and systems using advanced diagnostic tools
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding additional work needed and time estimates
Execute manufacturer warranty repairs to specification
Test-drive vehicles before and after service as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of technician experience required
Solid skills in diagnostics, engine, electrical, and mechanical repair (B-level or higher)
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Strong communication and customer service mindset
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
Ability to learn new technology and operate electronic diagnostic tools
Preferred
Transmission and/or EV experience preferred
Maryland State Inspection License a plus
GM-certified technicians encouraged to apply
