Responsibilities
Build and customize solutions across ITSM, ITOM, Security Incident Response, Software asset Management, and Hardware Asset Management
Configure and customize the ServiceNow ITOM suite, including ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and CSDM
Develop and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations
Ensure high-quality coding standards, maintainability, and compliance with best practices
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues as reported by customers or automated alerts
Work closely with cross-functional teams, senior developers, and architects to refine technical approaches and system architecture to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions
Develop and maintain technical documentation for ITOM solutions implemented
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ITOM processes and systems
Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and technical workshops
Help define best practices for module development in a high-compliance regulated setting
Qualification
Required
3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, including hands-on module development and scripting, with a focus on ServiceNow ITOM solutions for Cloud (AWS/Azure/GSC) and On-Premise
Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, ITSM, and CSDM
Experience with ITIL practices and frameworks
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, and related ServiceNow development tools
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a strong growth mindset
Preferred
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping, etc.) are a plus
ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) experience
Experience working in or with regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, or finance
Exposure to Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices within ServiceNow environments
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable enterprise solutions
Experience with writing and executing tests with the Automated Test Framework
