Manager International Trade Compliance 2
Northrop Grumman is a leading aerospace and defense technology company seeking a Sr. Manager International Trade Compliance to join their team. The role involves ensuring compliance with U.S. government regulations, managing a team of trade professionals, and representing the division in complex export and import matters.

Responsibilities
Assures Division export / import program complies with U.S. government regulations and internal procedures
Manages a team of global trade professionals of varying levels of experience
Serves as Lead Empowered Official
Represents Division on complex contracts or projects associated with export and import regulations and company policy
Proficient in assessment and application of export and import regulations and commodity jurisdiction and classification determinations
Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant and sensitive matters
Maintains applicable trade compliance records and provides reports in accordance with various regulatory requirements and international trade agreements
Oversees division metrics supporting corporate and sector executive leadership reporting
Represents the Division in initiatives and projects
Exercises good judgment seeking leadership support and guidance, including collaborating on decisions that have high visibility or impact potential

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline with a minimum of 7 years of international trade compliance experience or 5 years of related experience with a Masters or a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 12 years of international trade compliance experience
Proficiency in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
Proficient in assessment and application of export and import regulations and commodity jurisdiction and classification determinations
Must have a U.S Department of Defense Secret security clearance
Preferred
Previous experience as an Empowered Official
Experience with OCR EASE Software and SAP GTS
Experience in Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure processes
Working knowledge of MTCR
