Manager, Strategic Partnerships

The Manager, Strategic Partnerships will activate new business from strategic partner accounts and grow relationships and revenue in the consulting, recruitment, and outsourcing sectors.

Responsibilities

Gain a deep understanding of the channel partnership process from sales through to operations and delivery
Meticulously use our tech stack to identify and map out prospect partners
Execute discovery and educational calls, deliver product demos, and guide prospective partners through the sales process
Educate and guide partners through the end client sales process and operations
Work closely with established partners, mapping and networking internally to generate growth and further revenue streams

Qualification

Required

Min 5 years partnership sales experience (ideally within B2B SaaS or HR)
Min 3 years in pure outbound/Enterprise sales
Min 2 of the last 3 years exceeding quota (*required)

An exceptional appreciation for the complexities of your craft with an eagerness to learn
An affinity to work (thrive!) as a remote employee, within a fast-growth business, and an incredibly explosive sector
The ability to work independently, problem solve proactively, and collaborate effectively
Creative and proactive problem solving
Experience using sales tools for prospecting, lead management, and customer engagement
Comprehension of value-based sales

Preferred

Experience in the consulting, recruitment, or outsourcing sectors preferred but not mandatory
