Principal Consultant
Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions, and they are seeking an experienced consulting professional for a hybrid role combining Programmatic Change Control and Program Support. The role involves delivering high-quality work products that support program governance, operational execution, and controlled change while collaborating closely with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Operate and support formal change control processes, including change intake, documentation, impact analysis, approval workflows, and tracking
Independently assess impacts to scope, schedule, budget, resources, and technical design associated with proposed changes
Prepare change materials, recommendations, and supporting analysis for Change Control Boards (CCBs) and executive governance forums
Ensure approved changes are accurately reflected across program plans, Oracle delivery artifacts, financial forecasts, and reporting tools
Maintain audit-ready documentation, decision logs, and governance artifacts in accordance with Oracle methodology and client requirements
Provide day-to-day program support to Program Managers and engagement leadership across large, complex Oracle implementations
Develop and maintain core program artifacts such as integrated schedules, action trackers, dependency logs, and decision registers
Deliver quality work products independently while adhering to Oracle methodologies, company procedures, and leading practices
Act as a key coordination point between delivery teams, PMO, Finance, and client stakeholders
Translate complex program, financial, and technical information into clear, actionable insights for leadership and clients
Support executive-level communications, program reviews, and steering committee presentations
Proactively identify risks, process gaps, and inefficiencies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance program performance
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of industry best practices, program governance, and multiple business processes or technology designs within an Oracle product or technology family
Ability to balance structured governance with the flexibility needed in dynamic consulting environments

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
