Director, Business Development (Global BPO)
BSS Groupe (BSSG) is a global consulting and multilingual Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider, specializing in technology-driven Customer Experience solutions. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and securing partnerships to contribute to the company’s growth.

Sustaining long-term client relationships
Qualification
Required
10+ years experience in global BPO or CX industry is a must
A list of current executive contacts in US-based Fortune 1000 and SMB companies is a must
Proven expertise in New Business Development and Business Planning
Strong skills in Lead Generation and identifying market opportunities
Experience with Contract Negotiation to establish mutually beneficial agreements
Effective Account Management skills to foster client relationships
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Ability to perform effectively in virtual, collaborative team environment
