Responsibilities

Document Management: Seamlessly organize, manage, and release important documents using our Data Management System (DDM)

Data Integrity Oversight: Conduct data integrity checks and ensure accuracy and completeness of engineering documents, drawings, and specifications

Process Ownership: Monitor the approval cycle to ensure timely release of documents and updates

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, quality assurance, and other departments to support organizational goals

Technical Expertise: Use computer-assisted drafting software (CAD) and other engineering tools to provide documentation and design support

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to refining processes, training new users, and optimizing document workflows

Customer Interaction: Access customer-specific portals and assist with data uploads as required

Ongoing Learning: Analyze engineering sketches and data to understand design factors, while gaining exposure to advanced technical processes
