Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout requirements
Perform fitting and welding tasks according to project specifications and industry standards
Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner
Ensure accuracy and quality in all fabrication and welding processes
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and objectives
Always adhere to safety protocols and regulations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Structural Steel Fitter or similar role
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and materials
Has the ability to set-up and use track torch
Ability to pass all test for Flux Core Welding
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Commitment to safety practices and procedures
Preferred
Certification in welding (e.g., AWS)
