Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive client strategies, positioning them as industry leaders
Oversee programs, regulatory compliance (MLR), collaborating with various partners for successful implementation
Craft compelling content, including features, reports, and client briefings
Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining open communication
Manage account budgets and identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts
Lead project teams, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations
Mentor and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Stay current on industry trends through market research and participation in key events

Required

6+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical marketing or advertising agency (HCP required)
Experience working across high science therapeutics: oncology, rare diseases, neurology
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful integrated campaigns
Ability to be hands-on in execution
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote management tools
