The role involves hands-on work with LED displays, including assembly, troubleshooting, and on-site support, requiring frequent travel to client locations.

Responsibilities
Receive and uncrate incoming LED display shipments, ensuring safe and accurate handling
Assemble and configure LED displays for testing and quality control before delivery
Disassemble and repack displays to meet shipping standards and prevent damage
Prepare outbound shipments for delivery to customers and job sites
Troubleshoot and diagnose LED display issues both in the field and remotely
Travel to customer locations to perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance
Support customers by resolving technical issues and ensuring operational displays
Maintain accurate inventory of LED components, tools, and accessories
Follow safety procedures while working with electrical components and lifting equipment
Qualification
Required
Experience with LED displays and AV systems, including setup and troubleshooting
Familiarity with control systems such as Colorlight and Novastar
Ability to diagnose and resolve LED display issues both remotely and on-site
Experience working with commercial clients and providing excellent customer support
Clean driving record and ability to travel frequently
Clean background check due to work with military clients
