Responsibilities
Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and profitability goals
Facilitate regular sales training to support continuous growth
Set the pace for client care excellence and high-energy performance
Partner with the Director of Sales/GSM to manage inventory strategy for new & used vehicles
Oversee negotiations, assist in closing deals, and support deal structure
Monitor key sales metrics and implement action plans to boost performance
Build long-term client relationships that drive referrals and repeat business
Ensure every guest receives a frictionless, transparent, world-class experience
Maintain consistency in CRM usage, follow-up processes, and sales workflow
Provide daily engagement on the sales floor with both clients and associates
Champion team accountability, process adherence, and dealership standards
Qualification
Required
Automotive Dealership Sales Management Experience (required)
Proven success in retail automotive sales
Strong leadership ability, with a talent for developing people
Excellent communication and client-care skills
Ability to energize a team while driving profitability
Tech-savvy with CRM experience
High level of professionalism and integrity
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
