Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers to deliver robust testing solutions
Design, build, and enhance test automation frameworks for UI, web services, and mobile applications
Implement CI/CD pipelines and integrate automation into DevOps workflows
Develop engineering metrics and root cause analysis reports to improve quality and efficiency
Drive client solutions and proposals while ensuring alignment with best practices
Qualification
Required
12+ years of QA and test automation experience across web, middleware, and database technologies
Minimum 5+ years of programming experience in Java, with foundational knowledge of Java-Spring concepts
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, and test management tools like Rally, ALM, Jira
Proven ability to implement new automation solutions and frameworks
Strong understanding of DevOps culture and continuous integration/testing practices
Preferred
Experience in mobile automation and complex framework implementation
Ability to build engineering metrics and perform root cause analysis
Expertise in driving client proposals and delivering innovative automation solutions
Knowledge of JavaScript and advanced scripting for automation
