Develop and maintain a data catalog for business data assets, ensuring discoverability and compliance
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop processes for loading curated data into databases
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in data modeling (logical & physical) and relational database design
Experience with data cataloging tools and metadata management
Proficiency in ETL processes, data loading strategies, and performance tuning
Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years
Preferred
Hands on in coding with strong Complex Query design development
Proven ability to lead technical teams, drive solutions, and mentor engineers
