Responsibilities

Evaluate processes for compliance with quality requirements
Assist in development of audit plans, audit schedules
Conduct quality audits
Identify processes, situations, etc., where organization is meeting requirements, as well as identify opportunities for improvement
Conduct hands on training of employees on operational standards and procedures
Conduct associate training assessments
Conduct associate competency assessments
Recording operational proficiencies aligned with skill assessments
Documenting non-conformance, observations and recommendations for improvement
Preparing and presenting quality audit and training status reports to management

Required

High School diploma or GED
High degree of computer literacy with Google tools (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Slides)
2 years of relevant work experience
Ability to mentor and coach employees
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational details
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills
Able to work well with people at all levels of the organization
Able to work independently and as part of a diverse team of trainers & auditors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to read standard operating procedures and conduct hands on training of employees as needed
Lift up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally
Sit and Stand for extended periods of time, and work in an office, warehouse, or data center environment
Safely walk, reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, twist, squat, and kneel

Preferred

Associate of Bachelor's Degree
2 years of experience in a leadership role with supervisory responsibilities
At least 1-2 years experience as a quality auditor in a related industry experience
Working knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems
