InternCTI Engineers, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Intern to join their team part-time for a hands-on learning experience. The intern will work closely with experienced engineers on various infrastructure, environmental, and construction projects, gaining practical experience in the civil engineering field.

Responsibilities
Assist in the design, analysis, and preparation of civil engineering projects, including transportation, water resources, environmental, and land development projects
Support senior engineers in the preparation of drawings, calculations, and reports for various projects using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, etc.)
Conduct site visits to observe construction activities and ensure compliance with engineering plans and specifications
Perform field data collection, surveying, and soil/water testing to assist in the development of project designs
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure project objectives are met
Assist in the review of project documents, including construction plans, technical reports, and engineering specifications
Help prepare cost estimates, project schedules, and bid documents as needed
Learn and adhere to company safety procedures and industry regulations
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
A minimum of two years of completed coursework in civil engineering or relevant subjects
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Preferred
Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit or other engineering design software is preferred
Previous internship or co-op experience in civil engineering is a plus but not required
