Sales Manager - Atlantic Union Financial Consultants (VA or MD Only)

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profit targets
Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to ensure consistent growth and profitability
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks
Partner with Consumer banking, Business banking, Mortgage, and other departments to align sales efforts with organizational goals
Collaborate with other business lines to deliver holistic financial solutions to clients
Champion communication and coordination across teams to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
Support advisors in building and maintaining strong client relationships
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies
Promote a consultative sales approach focused on planning and long-term client success
Qualification
Required
Six years of related sales and financial advising experience
NIPR State of Virginia life insurance and annuities licenses
FINRA registrations Series 7, Series 66 (or 63/65)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related degree
FINRA registrations Series 24 (or 9/10)
Experience working for or partnering with Raymond James
