Responsibilities
Assist with installing garage doors and openers in both new construction and residential homes
Learn installation fundamentals and progress through structured apprenticeship training
Follow all safety procedures on job sites; help maintain a clean, safe workspace
Work as part of a two-person installation team
Lift and handle materials (70 lbs independently; assist with 90+ lbs)
Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and builders
Qualification
Required
High attention to detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable and physically able to perform job duties
Willing to learn and grow within the company
Valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to work a full-time schedule
Ability to lift 70 pounds
Ability to stand, bend down, work in outdoor conditions for extended periods of time
Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
Preferred
Construction or mechanical experience preferred (not required)
