In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide architecture decisions, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of APIs and back-end services
Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver strategic solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers
Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across all systems
Support bug fixes and production issues, including writing and deploying code
Help with interviewing and onboarding as the team grows
Qualification
Required
Leadership experience in back-end development and architecture
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as: Java, Python, Ruby, PHP, or Node.js
Experience with Fastify APIs (required)
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with Git and basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience in monitoring, alerting, and operational support frameworks
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to system performance
