Business Development Representative | Service & Maintenance
Crabapple Roofing is a commercial roofing contractor serving clients throughout the Southeastern United States. They are seeking a Junior Business Development Representative focused on generating service, repair, and maintenance opportunities for existing and new clients. This role involves building relationships with property and facility managers, performing inspections, and converting opportunities into long-term customers.

Responsibilities
Develop and grow service and maintenance relationships with: Property managers, Facility managers, Building owners
Proactively identify service and repair opportunities through: Site visits, Visual roof observations, Client conversations
Perform basic roof walk-throughs and inspections (training provided)
Work closely with service managers to: Communicate findings, Assist with scope development, Support proposals and follow-up
Build and manage a service-focused sales pipeline in the company CRM
Follow up consistently and professionally to convert inspections into approved work
Represent Crabapple Roofing’s values of quality, service, and accountability at all times
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated, dependable, and relationship-oriented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable meeting clients face-to-face and building trust
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to represent the company professionally at all times
Preferred
Prior outside sales experience preferred (construction, roofing, or facilities experience is a plus, but not required)
