Responsibilities
Write and revise Grades 3–5 Math lessons using a consistent lesson format and tight pacing for a 30-minute rotation model
Map and verify alignment to TEKS at the lesson and assessment level
Design instruction that supports conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and targeted practice within a 30-minute lesson
Build in scaffolds and accessibility supports for emerging bilingual learners and students with disabilities
Collaborate with internal reviewers, respond to feedback quickly, and meet staged delivery deadlines
Qualification
Required
Teaching, coaching, or curriculum design experience in Grades 3–5 Math
Demonstrated curriculum writing experience producing teacher-ready lesson plans and assessments
Strong knowledge of standards-based planning
Clear writing, strong organization, and high attention to instructional quality
Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working through feedback cycles on a tight timeline
