Think Tell Junction is seeking a professional and friendly Office Receptionist to join their dynamic team. The role involves being the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive atmosphere while managing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel
Maintain and organize the front desk area and ensure it is always presentable
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members as required
Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently
Manage office supplies inventory and assist in ordering new supplies when necessary
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
