Responsibilities

You will manage two primary pillars of our digital footprint, totaling approximately 25-30 hours per week

Social Media Management

Platform: LinkedIn (B2B) work alongside our LinkedIn Strategist to build and maintain a high-authority professional presence. Implement thought leadership strategies to promote our niche tax-bankruptcy practice group [5 hours/week]

Platform: YouTube (B2B) - become the 'architect' of the channel's growth, developing data-driven plans to achieve business goals by connecting audience insights, content, and performance, focusing on everything from video ideas and SEO to analytics and team coordination to turn this channel into a valuable, compounding asset. Research trends, optimize content for discoverability (SEO, titles, thumbnails), analyze performance, and create systems to scale output and engagement. To include, script, produce, and publish video content using AI/avatar-based tools. You will translate complex tax concepts into digestible, engaging short-form video [6 hours/week]

Platforms: Facebook / Instagram / TikTok (B2C)- Establish our presence on these platforms. Develop organic campaigns that promote our consumer-focused Tax Bankruptcy legal services by strategizing, creating, scheduling, and analyzing content, adapting posts for each platform's unique audience and algorithms (e.g., short videos for TikTok trends, visual stories for Insta, community engagement on FB) to build brand presence, drive traffic, and meet business goals. In addition, handle community management by responding to comments/DMs, monitoring trends, running campaigns, and reporting on metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions, essentially managing the entire lifecycle of our brand's social presence [8 hours/week]

Reputation Management & Local Presence

Google Local Business Profile expansion and ongoing optimization in relation to local office launches. Facilitate GBP verification and coordinate and sync content, messaging, and local campaigns across all platforms. Manage and optimize business profiles (Google, Apple, Bing) for every location to ensure 100% accuracy and search visibility [4 to 9 hours/week]

Review Management - Manage our online reputation strategies and oversee our review campaigns using the Birdeye reputation management tool to build credibility with prospective clients and gain higher visibility on search [2 hours/week]

Required

Significant experience leading brand social media initiatives with a keen understanding of how to craft effective social media strategies involving professional services (legal, finance, real estate) and possessing substantial knowledge of social media tools

Working knowledge of Google Business Profile (GBP) management and LinkedIn Business Manager

Experience with (or a strong desire to learn) AI video tools (e.g., HeyGen, Synthesia for content creation)

An effective communicator who thrives in a remote environment (Zoom Workspace)

Ability to maintain the professional tone required for sensitive legal topics like Criminal Tax Defense and Bankruptcy
