Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance
Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop job profiles, and align on sourcing strategy, timelines, and expectations
Identify , attract, and engage top industry talent using creative and proactive sourcing techniques
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Provide hiring teams with market insights, data, and recommendations to guide decision-making
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Suffolk’s culture and values
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System
Summarize weekly recruiting progress and share updates on open searches, pipeline activity, and candidate flow

Qualification

Required

5 to 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, or AEC industry
Open to candidates with either in-house or agency recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to both
Experience managing a high volume of requisitions and meeting aggressive hiring goals
Strong consultative and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and organization
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
High sense of urgency, strong follow-through, and a passion for delivering exceptional results
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
iCIMS experience preferred but not required
