Responsibilities

Capacity Mapping: Analyze and calculate the production capacity of various departments

Master Production Schedule (MPS): Develop and maintain the MPS to ensure all customer orders are scheduled based on priority, delivery dates, and machine availability

Time & action Management: Create and monitor the Time & Action Calendar for every order, tracking milestones from lab-dip approval to final packing

Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Forecast and coordinate the procurement of raw materials

Lean Manufacturing: Apply Lean principles (5S, Kaizen, Just-in-Time) to improve floor efficiency and reduce "lead time" from order to shipment

Inter-departmental Coordination: Lead daily production meetings with Merchandisers and Floor Managers to resolve issues regarding quality, shortages, or technical delays

KPI Tracking: Report on key metrics including Efficiency %, Downtime, On-Time Delivery (OTD), and Right First Time (RFT) in dyeing
