Responsibilities

Monitor and support SAP ME/MII/PCo and S/4HANA integrations during live operations
Troubleshoot and resolve MES-SAP-PLC and OPC UA issues in real time
Collaborate with production engineers and technicians to maintain uptime
Log root causes, drive permanent fixes, and improve MES reliability
Ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting across the line

Required

3+ years of hands-on SAP ME/MII/PCo production support experience
Experience integrating MES with S/4HANA and OPC UA servers
Background in discrete manufacturing (robotics, automotive, semiconductor, packaging, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Calm under pressure, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Preferred

Familiarity with SAP EAM or industrial automation protocols
Experience in high-volume, high-tech manufacturing environments
