Director of Business Development - At Home Services (Home Health and Hospice)

They are seeking a Director of Business Development who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business development campaigns, maintaining relationships with referral sources, and analyzing business metrics.

Responsibilities

Must have Houston and All Surrounding Areas Medical contacts and relationships developed for future growth in the industry
Develop and execute strategic business development campaigns
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly referral forecasts
Manage and track all leads and ensure they’re followed up with in a timely manner
Collect and analyze business metrics
Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary
Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective referral and payer sources
Build and monitor a positive perception as a high-quality provider in the local community
Identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
Stay up-to-date with working knowledge of government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitors’ market positioning

Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
At least 3-5 years of home health business development required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred
