Responsibilities
Develop and optimize robot motion control systems through advanced controller tuning
Establish robust testing frameworks and design automated validation routines
Implement standardized processes for controller performance evaluation
Create automated test suites and analyze system responses
Document testing methodologies and troubleshoot complex control issues using data-driven approaches
Qualification
Required
Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Controls, or a related field
Strong foundation in classical controls, linear systems, and applied dynamics
Experience developing and tuning control algorithms on physical hardware
Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or similar tools for modeling and analysis
Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, and embedded control systems
Preferred
Experience with real-time control systems and motion planning
Ability to establish robust testing frameworks and automated validation routines
Strong analytical skills to evaluate and troubleshoot control systems
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
