Responsibilities

Lead and inspire HR and Facilities teams, fostering a culture of excellence
Collaborate with the global HR team to deliver initiatives on time, within budget, and with high quality
Drive a culture of accountability and execution excellence across Fiskars Americas
Partner with management teams to address people-related topics and solutions
Represent the Americas region’s HR needs on a global stage within the Fiskars Group
Ensure Fiskars Americas is recognized as a top destination for talent, attracting and retaining the best people
Communicate effectively at all levels, collaborating with teams across different geographies and departments

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's in Psychology, Sociology, or Organizational Design is a plus)
Over 10 years of relevant HR experience, with a proven track record of leading teams across multiple locations
Strong ability to work independently and exercise judgment in decision-making
Experience managing HR in the USA, preferably with a focus on the Americas region
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Fluency in English, with experience working in an organization with diverse language backgrounds
