Responsibilities
Building, developing and mentoring your sales team
Provide hiring, performance management and ongoing sales training and support for your team to exceed sales, retention, quality and service objectives
Engaging in sales strategy development to ensure our products and services are effectively showcased throughout the store
Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives
Maintaining the operations of your store by running retail inventory compliance
Engaging in budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and providing sales reports
Provides solutions of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends
Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training
Willingness to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends
Management experience in a commission-based sales environment
Preferred
Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment
Set goals, evaluated performance and developed a high-performing team
