Build and optimize applied AI systems using Python, FastAPI, and modern LLM frameworks
Develop RAG pipelines, prompt-engineering techniques, and agentic workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new AI-powered features to market
Take ownership of experimentation, deployment, and continuous optimization in production environments
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience in applied AI, ML Ops, or full-stack engineering
Strong Python background and familiarity with leading LLM frameworks
Hands-on startup or high-growth experience ideal
No PhD required — practical, applied experience valued most
Preferred
Experience with RAG pipelines or LLM-based workflows
