Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support for endpoint devices including PCs, Macs, mobile devices (iOS/Android), printers, phones, and peripherals
Support Point of Sale (POS) systems and related retail technology
Assist with software installs, updates, and basic troubleshooting
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or vendors as needed
Provide hands-on support for automated inventory systems (training provided)
Partner with remote vendors and senior team members during troubleshooting
Perform routine system checks and assist with basic reporting
Set up and deploy laptops, desktops, printers, POS devices, and payment hardware
Coordinate hardware installations with vendors when required
Follow established procedures and knowledge base documentation
Assist in updating guides, work instructions, and troubleshooting documentation
Communicate clearly with store teams and IT partners
Track incidents and requests to resolution within defined SLAs

Required

2–4 years of experience in IT support, deskside support, or service desk roles
Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
Familiarity with Office 365 tools
Basic experience with Active Directory user and device management
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to follow processes, document work, and manage multiple tasks

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience supporting POS systems or retail technology
Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) tools
Basic command line experience (PowerShell or similar)
Exposure to video conferencing tools and collaboration technology
Awareness of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, IP addressing, switching)
