Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot engine problems to identify necessary repairs or replacements
Perform complete engine replacements in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards
Inspect and test engines and related components to ensure proper functioning after installation
Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer communications
Collaborate with other service team members and communicate effectively with customers about repairs and maintenance
Keep the work area clean and organized following company and industry regulations

Required

Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with engine replacement expertise

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
