Responsibilities

Conduct site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits
Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, ICH, FDA/EMEA regulations
Review clinical trial documents including protocols, ICFs, CRFs, and monitoring plans
Coordinate CROs and vendors with limited supervision
Assist in data review, discrepancy resolution, and preparation of safety and study reports
Participate in cross-functional meetings with Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Regulatory teams
Support training of CRAs and Clinical Project Assistants
Identify risks, anticipate obstacles, and implement proactive solutions
Support departmental and interdepartmental strategic initiatives

Required

Clinical Research Associate (CRA) experience
Site monitoring (SIV, IMV, COV)
GCP / ICH / FDA regulatory knowledge
CRO and vendor coordination
Protocol, ICF, CRF review
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple studies and priorities
Clinical trial operations experience
4 years of CRA or clinical monitoring experience
Bachelor's degree in life sciences OR RN with relevant experience
Working knowledge of FDA, EMEA, ICH, and GCP guidelines
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel as required
