Required

5–8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Analytics Engineer
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Strong hands-on experience with Python for Data Science and Analysis, including: pandas, numpy, requests, and related libraries
5+ years of experience writing advanced SQL, including: CTEs, Window functions
Working knowledge of data platforms and databases, including: Snowflake, PostgreSQL (AWS RDS preferred)
Ability to write production-quality code in Python and SQL
Hands-on exposure to cloud environments (preferably Azure or AWS)

Preferred

Prior experience in a FinTech organization in a data-focused role is a strong plus
Experience with Data Quality frameworks (e.g., Great Expectations, Pytest)
Exposure to Data Observability tools
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Bamboo
Familiarity with data quality and governance practices
