Responsibilities
Design and develop mechatronic systems for the blade manufacturing process, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, to integrate mechatronic solutions
Conduct simulations, testing, and validation of mechatronic systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechatronic systems in the factory
Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and methodologies
Document design specifications, test results, and maintenance procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in designing and developing mechatronic systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools
Strong understanding of control systems, sensors, and actuators
Experience with manufacturing technology and automation
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly
Willingness to relocate to Colorado for the duration of the placement
