Lead Full Stack Java Developer

They are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to lead the integration of a newly acquired product with existing Java-based systems, focusing primarily on backend development while supporting frontend tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development and integration of Java-based backend systems
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services
Support frontend development with React or Angular where necessary
Drive architectural decisions aligned with business goals
Recommend integration approaches ensuring scalability, security, and performance
Provide guidance throughout the SDLC and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Java backend development and architecture
Expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Strong knowledge of system integration, distributed systems, and performance optimization
Solid experience with React or Angular (at least 20%)
Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
