Responsibilities
Leading discovery workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria
Designing and implementing scalable Salesforce (or Creatio) solutions that address complex business challenges
Managing stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic guidance and ensuring solutions align with business goals
Hands-on technical, your skills will go deeper than just configuration, leveraging declarative tools as well as Apex, Lightning Web Components, and/or other custom coding solutions (C#, .NET) when needed
Overseeing data migration, ensuring accuracy and seamless integration with existing systems
Driving project success, managing timelines, risks, budgets, and delivering regular status updates
Mentoring junior consultants, sharing knowledge, and helping them grow their Salesforce expertise
Qualification
Required
Dynamic, hands-on Principal Salesforce Consultant with a strong blend of technical and functional expertise in either Salesforce and/or Creatio
Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce and/or Creatio solutions across the full project lifecycle
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members
A proactive, problem-solving mindset, comfortable wearing multiple hats across different projects
Deep functional expertise, including requirements gathering, business analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery
Hands-on Configuration skills
Technical capabilities, with hands-on coding capability in any of Apex, LWC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, C#, .NET
Strong exposure to data modelling, integration using APIs, middleware
Salesforce and/or Creatio Certifications with a commitment to continuous learning
Preferred
Familiarity with query languages such as SQL and SOQL (desirable but not essential)
